英語の勉強をしている皆様、お疲れ様です！
私のブログを見て頂いている皆様、ありがとうございます！
『You は何しに日本へ～Why did you come to Japan?』という番組が好きです。
英語の勉強を始める前から観始めて、今は毎週録画しています。
ただ、観る時間が余りとれず去年の分から溜まっています。
この番組は１０年以上続く長寿番組だそうです。
内容は日本の空港にいる外国人に（Youと呼ぶ）
『Why did you come to Japan?』と問いかけて内容によっては密着取材をする。
日本へは色々な目的で来日するYou たちです。
・グルメ → ココイチのカレー、餃子、牛丼、大阪の食い倒れなどetc
・富士山などの観光地 日本人でも余り知らないような観光スポットをYou たちは知っている。
・昔お世話になった日本人に会いに来る。家族など。
・●●の大会に出る為に来日
色々な目的で日本へくるYou たちですが、みんな日本が好きと口々に言います。
それを聞くとなんだか嬉しくなります。もし日本で困っているYou を見掛けたら
何かお手伝いしたいなぁと思わせる番組です。（出来たらいいなぁ）
そんな大好きな番組に因んで
今YouTubeで作成している動画が 『ネコは何しに日本へ ～Why did the cat come to Japan ?～』です。
このストーリーは、主人公のネコ、チビがおじいちゃんのお墓がある日本へ家族と来日し、空港でスタッフからインタビューを受けるところから始まります。
チビのおじいちゃんは『ジョン万次郎』と一緒にいたネコという設定でノンフィクションも少し取り入れています。
ジョン万次郎については以前ブログでも書きましたが、日本で初めて英語をマスターした人物です。
英語のシナリオです
赤は句動詞です
Taro helps Chibi stand up, but Chibi is wobbling.
We should’ve kept sake away from Chibi.
Chibi stands up and pull out the demon sword.
At that moment, his eyes start to glow and he sobers up quickly.
Hey, keep the customers away from us.
Chibi turned into a samurai cat.
Chibi and the murderer take a fighting stance holding their swords upright.
Chibi really takes after his grandpa, Chibijiro.
Hey, Chibi, he is really dangerous, you should call off this fight. Please back out !
Stay back, mom ! I’m gonna sort this out.
The murderer attacks Chibi but Chibi dodges him easily.
You trained at the Hokushin Nitouryu dojo, right?
I’m gonna shut you up!
Their swords clash into each other.
We can hear the sounds of their swords clanking.
Chibi is really strong.
This isn’t Chibi. The demon sword is fighting. Chibi has been taken over by the demon sword.
Is that all you got ?
Shut up !
The murderer attacks again but ends up dropping his sword.
Stop ! Don't kill me !
How many innocent people did you kill ? Do you think you can get away with your crimes ? I’m gonna cut you up !
Suddenly father cuts off their fight and takes away Chibi’s sword.
Stop ! That’s enough !
Chibi turns into a drunken cat.
What happened ? I’m thirsty. Could you give me another sake ?
今日のPhrasal verbs（句動詞）は
keep away from
①～に近寄らない・～から離れている・避ける
②（物に）触れない
It is better for cats to keep away from dogs.
ネコは犬に近寄らない方が良いです
You should keep this chemical away from your skin.
この科学物質から皮膚を遠ざける必要があります
We are going to keep drugs away from students.
私達は学生からドラッグを遠ざけるつもりです
ネイティブの先生の音声は tic toc から聞けます。
英語の音に慣れる為には、繰り返し聞く事がベストです。
